Our Madison, CT client had previously painted his 2,100 square foot, two-story home's exterior himself with a paint sprayer, but he's at the point where he'd rather have a professional painter (ie, MDF Painting) do the work. The home needs some minor carpentry and sanding on multiple individual shingles. followed by a full exterior repaint, matching the original shade of blue. 

This home in Madison, CT, was in need of a fresh, modern update. The original walls had minor imperfections, and the outdated color made the space feel dark. Our team carefully prepped the walls, repaired any surface damage, and applied a high-quality, durable paint in a lighter, more inviting shade. This is a 30 plus year old house, you can see the faded /discolored shingles, noticeable algae, or mold growth, peeling paint around the window frames, and weathering of the siding part of the house. The owner contacted us to do the best that we can do such as power washing, sanding, replacing some woods and repainting it to make it brand new. As a result, the customer is very happy and satisfied with the result. Now, it looks brand new!

The exterior painting of this home was negatively affected from the rain, cold, and heat and began to look dull. The customer wanted a more attractive exterior to increase curb appeal and also wanted to prevent costly damages from happening later on. Our team removed loose paint, primed, and painted it a deep blue color. The homeowner was very pleased with how it turned out!
