"What a top-notch organization you have! I first met MDF Painters & Power Washers through your regular mail pack publicity fliers. Shawn Peckham was my first personal contact. He was very friendly, positive, a listener and seemed concerned about me & my project. He willingly answered all my questions. His traveling office made him quick & efficient. Once decided, Stephanie handled the back office paperwork professionally. After her initial telephone contact which was friendly and focused, the relationship continued to conclusion by computer. On the day the work was to begin everyone arrived on time and Shawn introduced your head foreman: Junior Ayala and team leader Juan. Juan's group was incredible. They were quiet, thorough and diligent workers. Juan easily gained my confidence with his 'know how' as did his group. Junior's real skill at handling people came at the end when attention to minute details was needed. He climbed a ladder to open a window that had been painted shut. He has a repertoire of helpers and brought in Jesus Garcia to bring our project to completion. Every work day ended with a clean up effort - no messes were ever left overnight. Your folks said "yes" or "OK" with a smile. They were always respectful and did a very good job. We are again proud of our home. Thanks to all!"

MDF painted our brand new master bedroom for us and I can't say enough about how great it came out! Not only does it look absolutely perfect (everything from the trim, to the rolling the walls, and even a perfectly painted accent wall) the painter was also extremely professional and friendly. I thought this was going to take a couple days to be completed but it was done with two coats in half a day! Thank you MDF! A job well done!

We had the interior of our home painted by MDF and while as tiring and disruptive as having a house painted was, it was a very pleasant experience.  From meeting the owner Mark at the Home show in Bridgeport to the Sales Rep Jamie, the Project manager Jason and the Team leader Wilfredo and his crew, as well as the office rep Lisa, everyone was as nice as could be and responsive to any questions or problems we may have had.  We were in a tight time frame and MDF was super responsive to this.  I can't say enough about the excellent communication by all the people noted above.  And the paint crew led by Wilfredo, was terrific.  Based on my work experience, Wilfredo's intense work ethic is a rarity these days among younger people.  He led his crew well and they all worked very hard to get the job done - and they did excellent work!  Thank you MDF for a job well done!

We could not be happier with our recent stain and paint project with MDF. From the initial pre planning visit through the final walk through we were extremely satisfied. Mark was very accommodating getting the work done quickly before the holiday and Rick did a fantastic job in a very efficient, neat and very professional manner. He always let us know what he would be doing, was meticulous and we felt like he treated our project like it was his own home. MDF is the best out there, a truly professional company who stands behind their work. We just contacted them for some additional projects and I would highly recommend their services.

It was a pleasure working with MDF on two separate projects this summer. We had the exterior of our house power washed and our kitchen rehabbed and painted. Fantastic crew. Arrived early, introduced themselves and began work immediately. Power washed the house, decks and picnic table and I can't say enough about how wonderful everything looks...feels like we are in a brand new home!. The work was so neat and meticulously done. The crew worked so hard and were so polite and friendly. I am so thrilled with the finished product. The entire MDF experience from the first phone call to the finished job was wonderful. My phone calls were returned promptly and always "with a smile"...kudos to Lisa as well....she was also a pleasure to work with. Many thanks to all at MDF!!!

MDF was very particular, very neat about the work they'd done and I'd recommend them highly. I've had painters come in before and just try to hurry it up in a day but MDF took their time. They take the switchplates off, they take anything off the wall, and they put the stuff back. They're neat and considerate about the work that they do.  

We decided to go with Mark because he had done a great job on a house we'd previously had and recently closed. We were so pleased with the meticulous job he did there that we decided to have him come to our new place and do some painting her for us. The job went awesome. Working with your crew is just phenomenal. Very professional. Very courteous. Very accommodating. Anything I asked them to do they did very willingly. Spotless. They cleaned after, put all the furniture back, moved all the furniture. It was a wonderful experience. And your expertise in helping me pick colors was also invaluable because I don't have a good eye for picking colors. So I trusted your judgment. All and all it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MDF to other people.

I'm property manager here, and in the first encounter I had with Mark I was dissatisfied with him and I told him so. We didn't agree on certain things. Once he convinced me it was worth my while to start with him, because of the price primarily, I was watching (I'm an on-site property manager) his crews work on building number 5, just keeping track of them and what they were doing. Later that week I saw that they were working on building 5 again. I stopped them and talked to guy in charge. "I thought I saw you guys working on building 5." He said. "We did do that, but Mark (on his own) saw the place and wasn't satisfied with how it turned out, so he asked us to do it in again. That solidified him as a guy who was honest and going to do the best job he could do.

I enjoyed working with MDF very much. They were on time, they were very personable, and no matter who came through the door they were very knowledgeable about the product. They gave us great expertise. My wife wanted a certain color. They thought another color would look better. We did a little more research and it turned out that they were right, so they led us in the right direction. Very polite, prompt, and when they said they were gonna do something it got done. I'd highly recommend them to everyone including friends, family, and business colleagues.

MDF is a company we would recommend to anyone. Honesty, exemplary work and satisfaction of the customer is what this company stands for. We are very happy with this company. The painters were concentrative, polite, and very hard working. We would certainly have your company again if we need any more painting done.

INITIAL PRESENTATION Grade: A COMMENTS: I was very impressed with our initial meeting. You were on time, looked professional, had a professional demeanor and exhibited expert knowledge. The information packet you brought over, which included your license and insurance information, was very helpful. Unlike other contractors I called, you were able to give me a quote right at the first meeting which was also very helpful. You were courteous and really seemed to want my business without being pushy or had sell. COLOR SELECTION Grade: A COMMENTS: The color and tone that you initially mentioned was the color I went with and it was perfect for the space, truly perfect. It imparts just enough color and is a nice contrast to the white ceiling and trim. PREPARATION Grade: A COMMENTS: I thought the preparation was done expertly. Your crew took the time to really prep the walls and the ceiling. Based on the condition of the walls to begin with I was impressed by the prep work. CREW Grade: A COMMENTS: I was very impressed with your job foreman. I thought he was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. In fact, it was his willingness to come over and sample the colors that led me to choose your color recommendation. I really didn’t get to know the entire crew, as I left the house open while I was at work, but the foreman was excellent! CEILINGS Grade: A COMMENTS: Overall the work on the ceiling, the prep, re-taping and re-popcorn work was nearly outstanding. It looks brand new. I did find one very small area where it looks like a small crack might have returned. This keeps me from giving the full A. But as long as that spot holds the paint I am satisfied. WALLS Grade: A COMMENTS: The walls look marvelous. Again, based on the 22 year age of the house I am very happy with the walls. All the settling cracks were addressed as were any holes or other imperfections. Good job. FINAL THOUGHTS/RECOMMENDATION Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with MDF Painting and was glad that I made the choice to use you. Not only will I use you again, I have already talked to your office about re-painting my den. Your foreman even mentioned getting some samples out to me over the next few weeks and I am looking forward to seeing them and getting that project done. “The inside of my house, for the most part, looks brand new and I am very happy. MDF stripped, primer and painted all of the exterior wood surfces on our 163 year old church, including the wood framing on many stained glass windows and the wood surfaces on our steeple. They completed this large scale project in just over three weeks, and their workmanship was truly exceptional. Bob and the team working through some of the hottest weather we've had in years. They did a truly outstanding job and were a complete pleasure to work with.

I was impressed by the overall performance. I had called another company to do the job and it came out so badly! I ended up hiring MDF to fix their work and it ended perfectly.
