Testimonials for MDF Painting & Power Washing

Quality, attitude, and characteristics - as well as overall service were top shelf! Couldn't have asked for more.

Rick was courteous, provided quality work, from beginning to end, arrived on time and graciously accommodated my scheduling needs. The MDF crew did a great job and from what I could see they have a good work ethic, were friendly, skilled and courteous.

The quality of work was excellent. The workers were very thorough and took me through the procedure step by step before he did it. He worked quickly and after he cleaned up the area, it looked as if nothing had ever happened. I was so impressed that I will be calling you in the near future to give me an estimate on painting the entire interior of my condominium.

After much debate and several visits, my water damage repair looks great! Rick worked with me and my family to pick days and times. Once we all agreed on the best solution for this damage, Rick did such a great job! The room looks awesome. Everything was cleaned up and everyone was very respectful while at my house. I'm very happy with the end result.

The job was just right, my ceiling looked excellent! Rick clearly explained the whole process on what he was going to do. He was careful with his preparation and clean up. The job was done with care and nothing was broken in the process. Also, he was timely in every single way. Everything looked as great as we had hoped.

We had our deck power washed and stain/sealed by MDF. Working with Mark was very professional and the job done was excellent. He took the time to explain the options and recommend solutions. He also came by to oversee that everything was done properly. Would highly recommend MDF.

Our customer, Dawn, was most impressed by how "efficient, courteous, standard, explained progress + was attentive to the job" the team was throughout the project. She gave us a perfect clean sweep on her Quality Assurance Report Card, awarding "A" grades across all evaluation categories: Job Planning, Preparation Work, Quality of Employees, Quality of Services, and Overall Job Performance. Dawn enthusiastically circled "Yes" to every single question, confirming our team was friendly, respectful, punctual, and highly skilled, while successfully meeting or exceeding her expectations. She noted "N/A" for any areas of improvement and gladly signed off on the project, fully satisfied and completely ready to use our services again and recommend us to others!

Rick was absolutely fantastic!! He was beyond professional, always arrived on time. He was also very personable, and his work exceeded expectations! He patched the hole in my popcorn ceiling and repainted the entire ceiling. It looks brand new! I will absolutely use MDF again in the future.

Great job! I loved the attention to detail.

The Crew works quickly!

MDF did a great job of powerwashing our house. This is the second time we've used them. Both times they were on time on the appointed day. Very professional and conscientious. They did not rush and were very careful around our plantings near the foundation of the house. Would not hesitate to recommend MDF to others.

Jamie and the MDF crew were top notch! This is the second time we've used them. Professional, friendly, easy, thorough, flexible and overall a pleasure to work with. Stephanie, Junior and the rest of the group were wonderful as well. Thank you!

The work took less time that I thought it would. Everything looks great and I'm very happy. Rick is a great person, and I would recommend MDF.

Excellent workers, courteous & friendly!

MDF did great work on every aspect of the job. Their power washing of my old deck was tremendous, and the final painting came out great. I will definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future.
