This is a 30 plus year old house, you can see the faded /discolored shingles, noticeable algae, or mold growth, peeling paint around the window frames, and weathering of the siding part of the house. The owner contacted us to do the best that we can do such as power washing, sanding, replacing some woods and repainting it to make it brand new. As a result, the customer is very happy and satisfied with the result. Now, it looks brand new!
