MDF Painting & Power Washing Before & After Photos

Our team stained the deck of this home, located in Milford, CT. The result looks amazing!

The first photo highlights our thorough preparation process, where our team utilized professional deck pressure washing and surface preparation to strip away years of weathering, dirt, and mold. Proper preparation is the most critical step to ensure a long-lasting finish.

The second photo showcases the final result: a beautifully refreshed outdoor living space treated with a premium, durable solid color deck stain. This rich brown finish not only completely modernizes the home's curb appeal but provides maximum UV and moisture protection for the wood. From the handrails and balusters to the privacy lattice underneath, every detail was meticulously coated.

The Problem: Peeling Paint, Moisture, and Efflorescence on Concrete Foundations

A home’s foundation is its most critical structural element, but it is often the most neglected. Look at the base of your house. Is the paint peeling, flaking, or efflorescing (the white powder caused by salt deposits)? This isn't just an eyesore; it's a warning sign. When foundation paint fails, moisture penetrates the porous concrete. This leads to cracking, water seepage into the basement or crawlspace, and a significant drop in curb appeal that makes the entire property look run-down. A failing foundation coat is an invitation for bigger problems.

The Solution: Long-Lasting Protection with Elastomeric Foundation Coatings

Stop water before it starts. At MDF Painting & Power Washing, our specialized foundation painting service in Milford, CT, provides a durable, waterproof barrier that seals and protects your home. We use premium elastomeric coatings that are designed to stretch and bridge small cracks, locking moisture out of your concrete and block walls. Our expert crews meticulously prepare the surface, removing all failing paint and efflorescence, to ensure a smooth, uniform finish. A professionally painted foundation doesn't just look clean and sharp; it safeguards your investment from water damage for years to come.
