This homeowner had her home professionally painted five years ago. This one is unique. The painting contractor she chose took a very long time to get back to her (3 months) and when they finally got back to her she was in the hospital with her husband. The painting contractor called her to advise her that they started painting her home. She hadn’t even picked a color out yet. The contractor said that it was too late to stop and she would have to pay an additional cost to repaint the house. Attention to detail, timing, quality, and professionalism is extremely important on this particular project. The homeowners have been living with this color for five years now and have been extremely embarrassed as all neighbors can see and visitors to their home. Bob from Old Saybrook, Connecticut needed to update the exterior of his home. There were many areas where the wood was damaged with blistering paint. MDF fixed the problem with the exterior painting service. Our crew first power washed the home so they would be starting on a clean surface. Our carpentry team then came on-site to remove and repair the damaged wood. The crew then heavily sanded down the exterior which helped fix the blistering paint. Finally, they applied a top-quality primer and two coats of fresh green paint. The home looks completely transformed and Bob is extremely happy with the final outcome.
