The walls need to be pole sanded and tack ragged clean. The caulk needs to be stripped and re-caulked with “Big Stretch.” The trim needs to be fully sanded, primed with Stix bonding primer and painted with Benjamin Moore Advance Satin. The final wall topcoats will be with Regal Select Matte and Aura Spa Matte.
