Hand Tool Safety

MDF Painters are known for their attention to detail. They often paint, stain, or repair home projects by hand to ensure their craftsmanship quality. They always use the right tools for the job at hand and practice these rules.

  • Our employees don't use damaged tools, and they remove them from job sites immediately. Any tools that have mushroomed heads, cracks, and splits are discarded and replaced.
  • They will keep blades sharp, handles in good condition, and clean. No equipment is left on scaffolds, ladders, or stored overhead. Painters and carpenters use containers to store tools when working up high.
  • When transporting tools around a job site or between jobs, MDF employees do not drop or throw anything. They do not carry sharp-edged equipment in their pockets to prevent accidents.

MDF provides you with a quality paint job that's done right the first time. Call us today for a free estimate!
