*At MDF Painting we want your colors to be perfect! This is why we offer color consultations, color matching, and brushouts before we start your project! If for whatever reason, the final color does not match the color you signed off on, we will have the manufacturer come out to your property and check for accuracy. If the color is inaccurate, we will give you all the paint for free!
Up to a 10 Year Exterior Paint Warranty*
*At MDF Painting, we are extremely proud to offer our clients the longest exterior warranty in the State of CT. This warranty can be anywhere from 2 years up to 10 years (on new construction projects) and can be discussed with your Paint Care Consultant at the time of your estimate. The actual language in our warranty document can be found below:
MDF Painting & Power Washing, LLC warrants labor and material for a period of _____ years. If paint failure appears, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above.
This warranty excludes, and in no event will MDF Painting & Power Washing, LLC be responsible for, consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse, temperature changes, settlement, or moisture; i.e. cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction, or accumulation of dirt and other particles causing discoloration or change in the appearance of materials. Cracks will be properly prepared as indicated at time of job, but will not be covered under this warranty. Warranty does not cover any horizontal surfaces, such as deck and porch floors. Any dispute over the cause of future paint failures will be decided by Third Party arbitration, consisting of a chip analysis by the paint manufacturer.
