MDF Work Uniforms

MDF prides itself on making our employees easily recognizable. Our consultation process is very personal, and we take steps to make sure everyone is comfortable when working with us. After scheduling an appointment, our call center will send you a confirmation email with a picture of the Paint Care Consultant you'll be working with. Before your job begins, homeowners will meet with the Customer Happiness Specialist and Crew Leader in charge of your project. All these employees wear uniforms with MDF Painting clearly written on their shirts and hats. These aren't the only safety regulations our uniforms adhere to. We have safety in mind each step of the way:

  •  When MDF painters wear pants, each person is conscious of how they'll need to move in them. No one is allowed to wear excessively baggy or loose pants to ensure no trip hazards on the job site. This is also why painters do not wear pants that are too long.
  •  When our painters are on a job site with potentially hazardous materials, they will wear long sleeves, and coveralls to protect themselves and their crew.
  •  Each painter wears boots or other safety regulated footwear. When our carpentry team is working with heavy materials, they will wear steel reinforced footwear.
  •  MDF painters come to the job ready to work. They don't wear any safety hazard jewelry or any non-uniform clothing to a job site.
