The Paint School

     Bodybuilders have the gym, and MDF's certified craftsmen have The Paint School. Owner Mark DeFrancesco has been laying the foundation for the past year to build up his training grounds. When asked about his vision, Mark elaborated that it wasn't about teaching people how to paint for the first time. Repetition is the key to learning. It helps the information sink in deeper every time we circle back to these skills. This mentality has helped him grow his technique as a painter and entrepreneur.
     The Paint School is an extension of an overall business re-design. Mark has mentioned in interviews how tough it can be to find tradespeople in a world that has been college-bound. He and Vice President Lisa Hollingsworth are big believers in CANI: Constant And Never-ending Improvement. This principle has impacted their life and business for the past 25 years in a major way. It pushes both of them to continually check themselves for errors, as well as their employees. In return, their clients get the high-quality services they have come to expect from MDF Painting.
    The Paint School will be in session this year. The warehouse provides different modules for painters to get quality practice in for all the services MDF offers its clients. Our quality painters will be buffed and ready to paint your home or office this spring and summer!
