Challenge
Nick B. called MDF Painting to address peeling paint issues on his exterior. He also wanted to change the color when painting. Some light carpentry was necessary to replace the trim of two windows and fix the garage door.
Solution
MDF painters mixed Jomax cleaning solution with pressure washing. This house cleaner is to kill mildew on the exterior, plus it disinfects your home. They prepped for painting by sanding the areas where it was peeling. Nick's home had wood siding, so the best primer for the new paint is a slow drying oil-based product. The trim, windows, doors, fascia & soffits were painted a white shade with a Satin finish. The new color on the siding was a soft gray. Nick loved the results of the fresh paint and color!
