You pay a yearly maintenance fee and we pressure wash your house annually, inspect the exterior, correct paint failures as they occur and recoat the entire exterior when it has deteriorated.
•               FREE CONSULTATION - You receive an estimate scheduled at your convenience, at your home and FREE of charge. Your fixed price quote will be processed and mailed within three business days from the time of the estimate. Your estimator will then follow up with you to schedule additional consultations with MDF's owners as necessary.
•               FREE INFORMATION - You will be the most informed customer anywhere regarding paint failures, preparation processes, application, and product specifications. It is your home and you deserve to know the details.
