Usually when companies send people to do work on your home, you cannot wait for them to finish and be gone. Not the case with Mark and his crew. They were a great group of guys to have around. All of them were truly awesome.

INITIAL PRESENTATION Grade: A COMMENTS: I was very impressed with our initial meeting. You were on time, looked professional, had a professional demeanor and exhibited expert knowledge. The information packet you brought over, which included your license and insurance information, was very helpful. Unlike other contractors I called, you were able to give me a quote right at the first meeting which was also very helpful. You were courteous and really seemed to want my business without being pushy or had sell. COLOR SELECTION Grade: A COMMENTS: The color and tone that you initially mentioned was the color I went with and it was perfect for the space, truly perfect. It imparts just enough color and is a nice contrast to the white ceiling and trim. PREPARATION Grade: A COMMENTS: I thought the preparation was done expertly. Your crew took the time to really prep the walls and the ceiling. Based on the condition of the walls to begin with I was impressed by the prep work. CREW Grade: A COMMENTS: I was very impressed with your job foreman. I thought he was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. In fact, it was his willingness to come over and sample the colors that led me to choose your color recommendation. I really didn’t get to know the entire crew, as I left the house open while I was at work, but the foreman was excellent! CEILINGS Grade: A COMMENTS: Overall the work on the ceiling, the prep, re-taping and re-popcorn work was nearly outstanding. It looks brand new. I did find one very small area where it looks like a small crack might have returned. This keeps me from giving the full A. But as long as that spot holds the paint I am satisfied. WALLS Grade: A COMMENTS: The walls look marvelous. Again, based on the 22 year age of the house I am very happy with the walls. All the settling cracks were addressed as were any holes or other imperfections. Good job.
